We first started making jam in a special commercial kitchen in our walk-out basement in North East, Pennsylvania. We outgrew this and in 2002 moved to a bigger facility in southern Indiana. Our commercial kitchen is still attached to the home so we can say our products are trully homemade.

No, we are not Amish but rather Mennonite. Although many get us confused there are differences.
